PLN 2360 (EUR ~550)
It may be paid in two PLN 1180 (EUR ~225) instalments.
ACCOMODATION
Participants are housed in a small communal trailers and cabins. There are between two and four people to each trailer. Some of the beds are quite short. All trailers and cabins have a hot shower, a living space and a small kitchenette. Some living spaces are used as play areas.
Food and Drink
Three meals a day is served over the counter in a diner-like setup. Between open and close you will be able to pick up your food when it suits your play.
Soft drinks and alcohol are available for purchase, coffee, tea and water will be complimentary. You can also use the kitchenette in the trailer to prepare your own snacks.
Travel
Arrival
Optional workshops begins Wednesday at 18:00.
Mandatory workshops begin 12:30 on Thursday.
Departure
The larp ends on Saturday evening.
We ask that you leave sites no later than 12:00 on Sunday.
Bus from Warsaw Airport
We will organize a bus for players to arrive on site Wednesday.
The bus will leave Warsaw airport at (TBD)
Bus to Warsaw Airport
The bus will drive back to the airport at 10:00 on Sunday. While it is only a 2 hour drive, we recommend not booking travel before 14.00 in case of complications or heavy traffic.
