If you wish to cancel your attendance at B Movie after you have paid for your participation fee please let us know as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds. You can pass your place at the larp on to someone else, however the new participant will need to be approved by the organisers. If there are people on the waitlist we can help facilitate contact to the next in line.
Procedure for passing your place on
- Get in touch with the organisers, tell us you are no longer going.
- We will tell you if someone is on the waitlist and how you can contact them.
- Agree with the replacement that they are taking over your spot
- You then inform us that you have reach an agreement and that we can begin to onboard the new participant.
Note on insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out the necessary insurance to cover the cost of your ticket and travel in case you are unable to attend.
